One Great Hour of Sharing Offering
Since 1949, Presbyterians have joined with millions of other Christians through One Great Hour of Sharing to share God’s love with people experiencing need. Our gifts support ministries of disaster response, refugee assistance and resettlement, and community development that help people find safe refuge, start new lives, and work together to strengthen their families and communities. Recognizing that the hope we have in Christ is lived out in our hope for one another, we respond with gifts that help others around the world find the hope for a brighter future.

Blanket Sunday
This Mother’s Day, give the gift of a new blanket to someone in need for a donation of $5 through Church World Service’s Blanket Program. A blanket can provide warmth, comfort, security, shelter and privacy to refugees, disaster victims and those in need.

Confirmation Sunday
Members of the 2008-2009 Confirmation class will have the opportunity to confirm their baptismal vows and enter into the membership of the church during the 11 AM worship service. These young men and women have met each week since the beginning of the school year to learn the significance of being a Christian, a Presbyterian, and a member of this particular church. Come celebrate with them as they take this next, formative step in their journeys of faith.
