CZECH PC(USA) CONFERENCE – VOLUNTEER SIGN-UP
We’re looking for volunteers to help support the upcoming Czech PC(USA) Conference. Thank you for helping us welcome and serve our guests.
Saturday, May 2
Airport Pick-Up (8:00 PM)
We need 5 volunteers to pick up guests from the airport.
Please include your name and contact information (email or phone).
Overnight Housing (Saturday Night)
We need 8 hosts to house a total of 11 guests.
Please include your name, contact information, and how many guests you can host.
Sunday, May 3
Greeters (1:00–4:00 PM)
We need 3 volunteers to serve as greeters.
Please include your name and contact information.
Dinner Help (4:00 PM)
We need 5 volunteers to assist with dinner.
Please include your name and contact information.
Additional Housing Needed
We also need 6 housing spaces for conference guests on the following dates:
- Thursday, May 6
- Friday, May 7
- Saturday, May 8
Please include your name, contact information, and how many guests you are able to host.
