Samaritan Counseling, Guidance, Consulting provides faith-based, psychological counseling to men, women, children, couples and families from all faiths, backgrounds, and walks of life, without discriminating on any basis. At Samaritan, people in crisis receive hope, healing and the tools they need to overcome the effects of trauma, mental disorders and other difficult circumstances in their lives. Founded in 1982, Samaritan has multiple locations in four counties and serves approximately 2,000 people annually. As a nonprofit, Samaritan depends on individuals, churches, foundations and other organizations to help sustain its ministry. When you give, you are like the biblical Good Samaritan—helping hurting people find healing for wounds that are hidden deep inside.

Thanks to our caring partners, Samaritan is able to help all people who are struggling—regardless of their ability to pay. We accept most major insurances and provide financial aid for those who qualify. Samaritan’s headquarters is located on the third floor of SPC’s Faith House at 202 Beaver Street.
