Our mission at FriendShip Preschool is to provide our community with a high-quality, Christian, faith-based early childhood program that promotes social, emotional, cognitive and physical development in young children. FriendShip uses play as the primary means to develop skills and growth, while fostering discovery, friendships, and enjoyment in the preschool experience.

Fruit of the Spirit

Galatians 5:22-23

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.”

At Friendship Preschool, we use the Fruit of the Spirit. These gifts are seeds God grows inside of us to show others what his love looks like. They are seeds of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

Love: Showing you care about friends by helping them and keeping them safe.
Joy: Being happy and thankful because you know God loves you no matter what.
Peace: Living together with others in a calm, respectful way.
Patience: Waiting calmly and not giving up when things are hard.
Kindness: Showing kindness in your words/actions and thinking of others’ needs.
Goodness: Showing love and being generous for the right reasons.
Faithfulness: Being trustworthy and a loyal friend.
Gentleness: Speaking and acting in a calm, tender way that doesn’t hurt others.
Self-Control: Choosing what you should do over what you want to do.
